Gabriella is an experienced yoga teacher, practitioner, dancer and healer who greatly enjoys working with private clients. She says "I find that working 1:1 is the most beneficial for private clients as the classes are tailored exactly to their needs in the moment" Gabriella owns a deep understanding of yoga. She has studied and practiced many different styles of yoga as well as meditation, dance and healing practices. Her approach to yoga promotes well-being through the development of body-awareness, the conscious use of the breath, and a feeling for energy. Her classes are the fun, creative and natural expression of what yoga is. Gabriella is passionate about yoga because it helps people to live a more vital and relaxed life that is full of energy, inspiration and appreciation for everything that surrounds us.
She teaches you how to own your yoga practice as your own natural expression with special focus on the feeling of the body. As you learn to sense and feel your body with a greater awareness, your yoga practice comes to life from the Inside Out.
Gabriella also offers now 1:1 Yoga Therapy sessions for the wellbeing of your Physical, Pranic (Energetic), Mental, Emotional and Spiritual Bodies.
